Joy.  Well being.  Peace of mind.   These three concepts go hand in hand.  Each have a root in satisfaction based on how things are going in our lives.  I happen to believe you have to choose it; even fight for fight for it.

Here are 5 ways to fight for your joy:

2.     Connect with others: Spending time with loved ones and building positive relationships can bring joy and happiness into your life.

4.     Find activities that bring you joy: Engage in activities that you enjoy, whether that's playing a musical instrument, painting, cooking, or hiking in nature.

5.     Practice self-care: Taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally can help you feel more balanced and joyful.
